Booking and cancellation terms

Booking

A booking is confirmed once the card payment is completed or the hours are deducted from your balance. You will receive an email with the booking code and the access details for the centre.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in euros and include the General Indirect Tax (IGI) at the current rate. An invoice with the IGI itemised is issued.

Cancellation

You can cancel a booking from your account. More than 24 hours in advance, the hours return to your wallet or a voucher for the same amount is issued. Less than 24 hours in advance, the booking is considered used. A no-show counts as a used booking.

Hour packs

Each pack has an expiry date stated at the time of purchase. Hours not used by the expiry date are lost. Packs are not refundable in cash. When there is more than one batch, the one expiring first is used first.

10+1 card and referral programme

Stamps are awarded per hour used. Referral hours are awarded when the referred person completes and pays for their first booking. Colibrí may cancel hours obtained fraudulently.

House rules

Respect for other users, silence in the open area, phone booths for calls. Colibrí reserves the right of admission in the event of behaviour that disturbs other members.
